RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

K-9 Kondo Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for damage or defect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it within 30 days for replacement or refund, less the original shipping and handling charges. K-9 Kondo Inc, reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any unused merchandise returned past 30 days. All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, or exchanges. All special orders are non-refundable.

We cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD.

All credit card purchases that are returned and qualify for a refund in accordance with these terms will entitle the purchaser to a credit issued to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase.
